Data That Will Be Deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes the following data. This action cannot be undone.

• Email address and authentication information
• Crystal balance
• Purchased song packs
• Aeclis Premium entitlement

Data That Remains

The following data remains after deletion to the extent required by law or for operational purposes.

• Play scores
• Purchase and event transaction records

NoteIf you are subscribed to Aeclis Premium, cancel your subscription through the App Store or Google Play before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel the store-side subscription.

Unused Crystals expire when your account is deleted. No refund is provided except as required by law.

If You Haven't Registered an Email Address

Guests without a registered email address cannot verify their identity on this page. Register an email address in the app before requesting deletion. If you cannot register an email address, contact contact@aeclis.com.
