Overview of Prepaid Payment Instruments
The in-game currency "Crystals" sold within the Service (paid Crystals) constitutes a self-issued (in-house) type prepaid payment instrument under the Payment Services Act of Japan. This disclosure relates to paid Crystals.
Crystals granted by the Operator free of charge through campaigns or similar means (free Crystals) do not constitute a prepaid payment instrument and are not covered by this disclosure or eligible for refund.

Refunds
Crystals are not refunded, in principle, except as required by law.
Where a refund is made pursuant to applicable law, the refund amount will be calculated using the conversion rate determined by the Operator.
If the Operator discontinues the Service, it will provide advance notice within the Service and handle unused paid Crystals through a refund or other measures as required by law.
How to Check Your Unused Balance
Your in-game currency balance can be checked on the shop screen within the app.
